Set up an administrator on an Enterprise Branded Form

Follow these steps to set up an administrator on your Enterprise Branded Form.

1. Click ‘User Sign-In’ on the homepage.

2. Enter your log in information.

3. Click ‘Admin’ on the menu bar

4. Select the Enterprise Branded Form you wish to create the administrator for.

5. Enter the information for your new administrator in the “Add Administrators to your Branded Form” section  

 

 

 

 

 

6. Choose whether or not your would like your new administrator to be notified, auto-verified, and whether or not they may add additional administrators.
