We have updated our Outlook plugin and the toolbar icon (ribbon) does not work for our customers currently running Outlook 2007.
If you are currently using the 2007 you may need to install the Office 2007 Development Tools from Microsoft. This program will only install if you are doing full installations of Office (no ‘custom’ installs).
